Bob Bryan

Regional Clients

Bob Bryan is a Senior Vice President of the Regional Clients Division of Munich Reinsurance America, Inc (“Munich Re”). He is responsible for managing his assigned casualty portfolio and underwriting team through the direct marketing channel. The portfolio includes single state and large regional umbrella clients.
Bob has been with Munich Re for over 20 years. He joined the company in 1986 as a facultative casualty underwriter and over the years has held a number of key underwriting positions including Regional Casualty Program Underwriting Manager and Casualty Treaty/Program Underwriting Manager. Bob began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania as an Outside Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster in 1978 and worked in underwriting for three insurance companies from 1979 to 1986. Bob earned his CPCU designation in 1989.


Janet Dezube

Vice President, Innovative Solutions

Janet Dezube is a Vice President in the Innovative Solutions Division at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. ("Munich Re"). In this role, Janet works with Munich Re's business units in the identification, analysis and development of new reinsurance and insurance solutions and new client services. Prior to this role, Janet was involved in reinsurance pricing, portfolio analysis, and establishing business intelligence solutions.

Before coming to Munich Re, Janet spent several years at Everest Re (Prudential Reinsurance), where she worked in a variety of roles in underwriting, pricing and reserving. Janet is an FCAS and has been in the insurance/reinsurance industry for 21 years.


Kerri Hamm

Kerri Hamm
Vice President, Casualty Underwriting
National/Broker Clients

Kerri Hamm joined Munich Reinsurance America, Inc.  in 2006. She is casualty underwriter for treaty and facultative program business through both direct and broker channels. Her portfolio includes several Umbrella programs for regional insurance companies.

Prior to joining Munich Re, Kerri was a primary underwriter for two “main street” insurance companies, writing all lines of business through both direct and independent agency channels. She began her insurance career in 2002 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech. Kerri earned her CPCU designation in 2007 and ARe designation in 2009.


John Vasturia

John Vasturia
President, Regional Clients and
Head of Facultative Certificate

John Vasturia is President of the Regional Clients division and Head of the Fac Cert group of Munich Reinsurance America, Inc (“Munich Re”). He is responsible for developing the strategic and business plans for the Regional Clients and Fac Cert groups. Additionally, John is responsible for leading and developing the division’s employees, and enhancing strategic relationships with clients and facultative brokers.

John has been with Munich Re for over 20 years. He first joined the company in 1989 as a facultative property underwriter and over the years he has held a number of key management positions including Branch Facultative Manager, Regional Facultative Manager and Client/Broker Executive in the Broker Market client group. John began his insurance career with the Chubb Insurance Company in Philadelphia as a Loss Control Representative and moved into commercial all lines underwriting in 1986.
